This site is the home of researcher Jacqueline C. Ingram, PhD candidate CQUniversity.  Jacqueline's PhD research focuses on professional quality of life, nurse & patient safety and professional & ethical conduct. It is due for publication in 2021.

about the researcher

Jacqueline is a Registered Nurse and 20 year veteran of emergency nursing. She also has experience in medical, palliative care, detention facility, rehabilitation, aged care and management areas.  Her Honours research centered around occupational violence in the ED. Patient education strategies were implemented as part of the research and resulted in a 52% reduction in violence reported by participants during intervention. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Nursing (1st class Honours) & Bachelor of Health Promotion Health Education.  She is a PhD candidate and is in the process of preparing her thesis for submission. All tertiary qualifications have been undertaken through CQUniversity.  Jacqueline's key areas of research include professional quality of life, occupational violence, professional conduct & ethical decision making. Workplace culture and horizontal violence are of particular interest. She resides in Central Queensland but yearns for the green hills and annual rainfall of Tasmania.
